About Phillip:
Prior to Paradigm Wealth Management and Equitable Advisors, Phillip Hearn started three non-profit organizations and was Senior Pastor of a growing and dynamic church. During his time at Equitable Advisors, he served as Divisional Vice President in the Fort Worth office and more recently, established a premier team - Paradigm Wealth Management - so he can spend more time focusing on the needs of clients. Phillip’s experience in leadership, interpersonal communication, and financial forecasting has given him the tools and knowledge to effectively help clients maneuver the unprecedented economic challenges. Phillip enjoys DIY projects, bike riding, hiking in the mountains, and playing with his grandkids.
